Through conversation with the client and analysis of the space and existing furnishings, we present the client with a design concept that includes space plans and drawings.
After concept and modifications are discussed and a final plan is agreed upon a contract and work schedule is created.
Purchase and payment arrangements are made depending on the scope of work, including a deposit upon contract signing.
Depending on the project this could be a one day process or several phases.
It is the client’s desire of how involved they wish to be.
The designer and project manager (if applicable) will closely monitor the design’s process during each phase of the project, ensuring the client’s total satisfaction.
Upon completion of the contracted project and satisfaction, a final payment is required.
